Case studies

Show me.

Every claim has to survive that question. That's why a case study, with us, has a fixed structure and numbers we can verify.

02Structure

What a case study looks like with us

  1. 01Problem

    What wasn't working, in numbers.

  2. 02System intervention

    Which layer we changed.

  3. 03Measurement

With which data, over what period.

  4. 04Commercial result

    What changed in sales.

What we publish, and what we don't

We only publish case studies with the client's approval and only with verifiable data. Alongside the published ones, we show you how we work: the structure, the measures and the artefacts we build. We can discuss other concrete examples in a meeting, within the limits of our client agreements.

03Artefacts from the system

What the work looks like, not just the promise.

Illustrative examples of the documents we build. The structure is real; the data is for demonstration only.
